Pilea I also known as Chinese money plants. They are fun compact little plants which in the right location can produce you hundreds of little disc shaped leaves. As this plant grows it will create you a wonderful mound of discs which Inter lap so beautifully it could be one solid structure. Why not pick up this plant and see if your wealth grows with it. You never know!

Care
☀️ Sunlight ☀️
This plant loves bright indirect sunlight the more you can give it the more it will give back in new growth. This plant can cope with less light however the stems and leaves will become longer as it does seek to be closer to the light. If you have a West or east facing window, it will be very happy there.
💧Watering 💧
Prefers a moist soil. Don’t let it get swampy or it will get root rot! The best time to water this plant is when the top 2 to 3 inches of the soil is dry. For this we recommend removing the plant from its decorative pot and placing it in the sink or a bowl. Give it a thorough watering from the top and allowing all water to drain from the plant before placing it back in its decorative pot.
🪴 Soil 🪴
The best soil for this plant is a chunky well draining mix. We recommend using a combination of wood chips, perlite, house plant soil and worm castings. The best time to repot is either when you first get your plant or when it needs a pot upgrade, this could be the same time! If you are looking to repot your plant because it’s current one is to small. You will need a draining pot 2-4in bigger than its current pot.

Cut Flowers Care
Avoid putting vases in the dishwasher as salt deposits can kill flowers.
Bleach vases to destroy bacteria.
No need for flower food (as it can also help grow bacteria) just keep the water clean.
Cut stems diagonally to increase the stem surface area so the flowers drink more.
Keep leaves above the water line to avoid them decaying in the water and shortening the life of your flowers.
Keep flowers in a cool place away from direct sunlight.
Replace water and re-cut the stems regularly.
Local Pick Up
All orders are available for local pickup. Please order before 11 am for same day delivery.
Hand Delivered
All local deliveries are undertaken in 'Olive' our Defender usually between 12-3 Mon-Sat. We offer a free delivery service within Wilton and charge £9 to deliver within a 10 mile radius. If you would like a same day delivery, please order before 11.
It is expected the recipient will be in to accept the delivery, if they're not we'll try to seek a safe place to leave the gifts. This could be with a neighbour or undercover somewhere such as an outbuilding. We carry a supply of containers and water so will ensure flowers are well hydrated. If it's too hot/windy/snowy, the delivery address has no front garden and there are no obliging neighbours, we'll take the delivery back to our shop in Wilton for collection. In all circumstances, the driver will post a note through the letterbox to let the recipient know.
All deliveries are accompanied by a handwritten personal message where requested by the sender.
