FAQs
how much notice do you need to place an order?
We understand thing happen and flowers many not be high on your list to organise and can left to the last minute. As a minimum we typically need 48hrs notice. However please do come in or phone if it is less and we will always do our best to create a beautiful arangment for you.
How do the flowers get to the funeral director?
We deliver all tributes to the funeral directors on the day of the funeral in plenty of time before the service. If you would like to deliver you own flowers this is not a problem and can assist you in this.
Do i have to write the message in the shop?
There is no pressure to write you message while organising your flowers. We provide you with blank white cards for you to write your messages on. Which you return to us before the funeral date for us to attach them to your flowers
do we have to know the date of the funeral?
If a date hasn't been arranged yet this is not a problem. We work very closely with the funeral directors and will obtain the date from them once it has been set.
are we able to order separate tributes for one funeral?
Absolutely, we create a new order sheet for each tribute as they are all unique and personal to every indervidual. This way we can put all our attention to one tribute at a time. We then deliver them all together making the funeral directors aware of any special requests.
Can you do other shapes and designs?
Absolutely, if there is something specific you have in mind and cannot see it above please do ask we will always do our best to create your vision.
