Monthly Subscriptions
Creating different flowers each month; subscription flowers reflect the changing seasons and provide a lasting uplifting gift time and time again.
Candle Care
The first time you use your candle, light and allow to burn until the entire wax surface has melted, this helps avoid a 'funnel' forming.
To maximise the total burn time, keep lit between two to four hours at a time.
Keep the wax pool free of wick trimmings, matches and debris.
Trim wicks to 5mm before you use your candle again, this will prevent clogging and smoking.
In the event your candle wick starts to smoke, extinguish your candle, allow the wax to cool and set, trim it, and then relight it – never trim a burning candle.
Do not burn candles on or near anything that could catch fire.
The glass jars will get hot; never touch or move a burning candle, and ensure the surface it is on is heat resistant; never burn candles on a glass or marble surface.
Leave at least 15cm between burning candles.
NEVER leave a burning candle unattended.
Always keep candles well away from children and pets.

All local deliveries are undertaken in 'Olive' our iconic Land Rover Defender usually between 12-3 Monday to Saturday. If you would like a same day delivery service, please order before 11.
It is expected the recipient will be in to accept the delivery, if they're not we'll try to seek a safe place to leave the gifts. This could be with a neighbour or undercover somewhere such as an outbuilding. We carry a supply of containers and water so will ensure flowers are well hydrated.
If it's too hot/windy/snowy, the delivery address has no front garden or there are no obliging neighbours, we'll take the delivery back to our Wilton shop for collection. In all circumstances, the driver will post a note through the letterbox to let the recipient know.
All deliveries are accompanied by a handwritten personal message when requested by the sender.
